First of all, go to God with your concerns. Pray for someone to come alongside you who can empathize with what you’re going through. The answer you receive might be different than what you’re thinking because the most unlikely person might be a great listening ear for you.
Second, find a few friends you can confide in and let them know what’s going on. It might even be good to start a small prayer group and share concerns together. When you share together, you may be surprised to find out that someone close to you has been through a similar tough situation.
