Spiced Pumpkin Cake

  • 1 box spice cake mix
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  •  

    1. Stir together cake mix, pudding mix, and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.
    2. Add pumpkin, eggs, oil, water, and nuts (if using). Mix well.
    3. Pour mixture into greased bundt cake pan.
    4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
    5. Remove from oven and place on a cooling rack for 30 minutes.
    6. Turn onto cake plate. Frost, if desired.
