Bumstead Sandwiches

  • 1 (7 oz) can tuna, drained
  • 1/4 lb. cheese (1 cup, cubed)
  • 2 T. chopped olives
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 T. chopped onion
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 2 T. chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 T. sweet pickle relish
  • 8 hot dog buns
    1. Combine ingredients. Mix lightly.
    2. Split buns and fill. Wrap in foil.
    3. Bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes.
