Bumstead Sandwiches – From Virginia’s Kitchen From Virginia’s Kitchen Bumstead Sandwiches 1 (7 oz) can tuna, drained 1/4 lb. cheese (1 cup, cubed) 2 T. chopped olives 1/2 cup mayonnaise 2 T. chopped onion 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped 2 T. chopped green bell pepper 2 T. sweet pickle relish 8 hot dog buns Combine ingredients. Mix lightly. Split buns and fill. Wrap in foil. Bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes.
